are Slater Property Consultancy Ltd?
We are an independent chartered surveying private practice
with extensive experience of party wall and neighbourly issues. We also have much experience of property, land,
development, construction and architectural design.
We are well established and can supply references from social, domestic
home owner, commercial and private developer sectors.
We also act on
our clients' behalf to seek access agreements, scaffolding agreements, crane swing agreements or working
space agreements over or into your neighbour's land.
What experience do we have?
Our staff have wide ranging combined experience. As a result, between us we have access to much property
knowledge. This includes time served in a number of organisations as follows:

- Private Surveying Practice (Partner level);
- Private Residential
Developer (Director level);
- Private Estate Agency Practice (Partner level);
- City Council (The City Estate Surveyor);
