Our practice specialises in the Party Wall Act 1996. We are a firm of party wall surveyors based in Marlborough, Wiltshire and we cover the south of England and Midlands.

We are chartered surveyors who have specialised in the Act. On a day-to-day basis, we give party wall advice, act as party wall surveyor for both building and adjoining owners and act as agreed surveyor jointly for both neighbours. We also provide training, seminars and presentations on the Act.
